What exactly comes in the box?
Each bundle is two full-size products: Hormonal Balance (120 capsules, 30 days at 4 a day) and Fiber Protocol (a 30-serving jar, 30 days at 1 scoop a day). The 90-day plan ships 3 bundles together: 3 bottles and 3 jars. Nothing travel-size, nothing sampler.
When do I take each one?
Take 4 capsules of Hormonal Balance with a meal, all at once or split 2 + 2 across two meals. Stir 1 scoop of Fiber Protocol into food or a drink once a day, with a meal. You can take both at breakfast. The same time every day matters more than which meal.
Will 18 g of fiber bloat me?
Fiber Protocol is Low FODMAP certified and built to be gentle on sensitive stomachs. If you are new to fiber, start with half a scoop for the first week, drink a glass of water with it, then move to a full scoop.
Can I take this with birth control or HRT, or while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Talk to your doctor first. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on birth control, HRT, or any medication that affects hormones or blood sugar, check with your healthcare provider before starting. Fiber can change how fast some medications are absorbed, so ask about timing too.
I am navigating PCOS or perimenopause. Does the Protocol fit?
That is exactly who we built it for. The Protocol pairs 2,000 mg Myo + 100 mg D-Chiro at the 20:1 ratio, 300 mg of patented Torabolic® and 18 g of Low FODMAP fiber to support hormonal balance, healthy insulin function, body composition, cravings and digestion in one routine. It is a dietary supplement, not a medication, and it is not a substitute for anything your doctor prescribed. If you are managing a diagnosed condition, bring both labels to your doctor.
Why not just take an inositol powder on its own?
Because inositol on its own covers one front. It does nothing for the fiber gap: most women eat well under the 25 g of fiber a day they need, and one scoop of Fiber Protocol delivers 18 g. It also leaves out Torabolic® for body composition and SRI-81® Shatavari. The Protocol runs all of it, for $25 less than buying the two formulas apart.
How fast does it ship, and what does shipping cost?
Every bundle ships free, one-time or subscription. Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same day, and US delivery takes 3–7 business days. We currently ship within the US only.
How do I pause, skip, or cancel?
From your account: open Manage subscription to pause, skip a delivery, reschedule, or cancel, any time up to 48 hours before your next renewal. We email you a reminder before every renewal, so nothing ships by surprise.
How does the guarantee work?
Within 90 days of your order, email support@cladeprotocol.com with your order number. We refund that order in full. You do not send anything back: keep the bottles. It applies to every plan: 90-day, monthly, and one-time.
What is the free jar of Fiber Protocol?
A thank-you for staying on the routine. On the monthly or the 90-day plan, a free jar of Fiber Protocol ($55 value) ships with your 3rd subscription order. It is a one-time gift, added automatically.
Why is the bundle cheaper than the parts?
Because the two formulas were designed to run together, and we would rather you run the whole system than half of it. One box and one shipment cost us less to send, and we pass that on: $25 off one-time, $15 a month off monthly.
Can I buy just one formula?
Yes. Hormonal Balance and Fiber Protocol are each sold on their own. The Protocol is the lower price if you want both.
