These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CLADE website at cladeprotocol.com (the "Site") and your purchase of CLADE products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site. By ordering, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Our Products Are Dietary Supplements

CLADE products are dietary supplements. These statements and our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this Site is medical advice. Information about ingredients, doses, and published research is provided for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant or nursing, taking any medication, or have a medical condition. Stop use and consult a physician if you experience an adverse reaction. Keep out of reach of children.

3. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

CLADE offers optional subscription plans. By starting a subscription you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel:

Monthly plan: one unit shipped and billed approximately every 30 days at the subscription price shown at checkout.
Protocol 90 (quarterly) plan: three units shipped and billed approximately every 90 days at the subscription price shown at checkout.

The price, billing frequency, and any first-order discount are displayed before you subscribe. Subscription prices remain in effect until we notify you of a change in advance of your next renewal; if you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing support@cladeprotocol.com. Cancellations, skips, pauses, and plan changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to affect that renewal. There are no cancellation fees or minimum commitments.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Orders

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to refuse or cancel any order (including where a pricing error is obvious), and to limit quantities. Payment is processed at the time your order or renewal is placed. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

5. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every CLADE purchase is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy. The guarantee is our voluntary commercial promise and does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

6. Shipping

Shipping timelines, costs, and destinations are described in our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier; we will assist with lost or damaged shipments as described there.

7. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

The Site and all content on it (text, graphics, product names, logos, images, and software) are owned by or licensed to CLADE and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by any means other than the interface we provide.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Individual results vary; we do not guarantee any particular health outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLADE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CLADE harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

11. Dispute Resolution

We want to resolve any issue quickly, so please contact us first at support@cladeprotocol.com. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you and CLADE each waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes to subscription terms will be communicated before your next renewal.
